I am a commercial real estate distressed expert and innovator.

Since 2010, I’ve been advising borrowers of structured finance loans (CMBS) and acquire commercial real estate assets by investing properties and at all levels of the capital stack including securities in the public and private markets.

I started my career in 2003, selling prop-tech software and in 2005 transitioned to real estate dealmaking and acquisitions, roles that helped hone my finance and unique problem-solving skills.

In 2016 I developed the solution to retail’s troubles and e-commerce’s unprofitability. My first patent was granted in early 2021, and now have a total of four granted with several others pending and planned. (retailOS.com)
